We are wishing everyone a safe and healthy time at home during Coronavirus times.
Staying home and following the basic hygiene recommendations is the best we can do for ourselves and society at this time.
But apart from respecting the basics and hoping your family stays well, there is a lot more you can do to embrace this new experience and see what grows out of it.
Here are a few examples of our first day at home:
What are my next plans? Continuing to chill with the family. Enjoying intrinsically driven productivity and the calmness and positive moments that can grow out of the situation. Experiencing an unscheduled pace of life that most of us have not experienced before. Enjoying not having to rush out to appointments, events, games etc. Turn on the fireplace and get cozy during these rainy days! Staying informed through the media, without letting a panic hype get us is a challenge that we need to juggle. In the end, we are all part of creating a hype. Keep your mind well whilst keeping others in your mind.
If being locked in at home without your regular activities is your biggest concern, reconsider how you can practice family interaction, connection and creativity from here. Do the things you wanted to do for a long time. It’s an opportunity to experience “normality” and truly being with each other.
As long as your health stays well, all the other concerns are very, very minor.
Wishing us all the best for this challenging journey!

Have you been asked to be interviewed for TV before? I hope you remember that exciting moment and the anticipation leading up to the event and publication. What often sounds and looks glamorous is probably a very down to earth experience.
